It's a strategy that has worked well recently. And for the time being, I'm sticking with 'fading CHF strength'. Especially given today's benign Swiss inflation data.

I've chosen NZD long as I feel it's the currency that has the most going for it at the moment. But you could make a case to trade any of the currencies Vs the CHF. particularly the USD post positive ISM data.

The risk to the trade is that I'm wrong and the CHF doesn't weaken, which could happen for a plethora of reasons.

If it's ongoing I will close the trade before end of day to avoid CHF hand-over volatility.
